Only RDW approved campers/caravans/trailers will be allowed. Your camper/caravan/trailer may have a length of no more than 9 meters.
Opening hours festival camping
The festival camping grounds opens Friday June 7 at 08:30 and closes Mondag June 10 at 12:00. It is not possible to reserve a place before it opens.
On the camping grounds there are plenty of showers, toilets and other Facilities available for a relaxing stay on the hello festival camping grounds. There is also a wide offering of catering(including breakfast) on the festival camping grounds.
In general the behavior of our guests does not give us a reason to point them to our houserules. Everyone is sociable and wants to have a good party. However, because we rent all the ground en have to comply with the stringent rules on permits, we need to apply some rules.
The camping grounds are only for camping guests (in possession of a camping wristband) No wristband = no access!
Only tents, campers, caravans and tent trailers are allowed (so no modified vans, mpvs, trailers or station wagons) Only vehicles officially recognized by the rdw as camper/caravan are allowed.
Terms for camping on the Festival Camping Grounds is following the rules with a good mood.
The festival organizers can not be held accountable for any injury, lost/stolen and/or damaged goods. We are however eager to help if any of the above happens.
On arrival you will receive a ecological garbage bag. You can use this to dispose of your garbage in the separated containers. Please keep the camping site clean and tidy.
The cleanest camping area on the whole grounds will receive compliments from our camping mayor Onno
After decoupling your caravan and/or unloading the tent and baggage the car must be placed on the parking lot. De camping grounds are car free, also there’s nothing better than walking through the grass barefoot.
Only aluminium throwaway barbeques are allowed. But watch it with the pork belly…
5. FOOD/DRINKS Bringing your own food/drinks is not allowed, we want to avoid cross contamination
6. GAS INSTALLATION AND LARGE GAS CYLINDERS
Only single use gas cylinders with a maximum size of 450 grams are allowed.
7. GHETTOBLASTERS/SOUND INSTALLATIONS OTHER THAN A POCKET RADIO/MOBILE PHONE OR A TABLET These are not allowed on the camping grounds, happy singing however is completely allowed! And an acoustic guitar here and there will be happily encouraged by the organisation.
Glass is banned on the whole terrain. But a beer or wine from a nice plastic cup is often just as good
It is not allowed to trade goods without explicit consent of the organisation on the festival area, camping grounds or the parking lots. Trading friendly greetings, smile or winks with each other however is allowed.
Pets are, partly for their own sake, not allowed on the camping grounds.
11. MAXIMUM SPEED
The maximum speed on the camping grounds is 5 km/hour. Avoid getting a letter from the CJIB.
There are outlets available. Taking your own generator is thus not something we allow. Per unit there is one 220V outlet present.
13. MINIMUM AGE
People under 16 only get entrance when supervised by a responsible adult. For alcohol sale the legal age is 18.
Fire is dangerous. Especially with so many tents in one place. Open fires are thus not allowed. We have to monitor this; even at night and with cameras. There are fire extinguishers in multiple places on the camping grounds. It would be wise to check where they are upon arrival.
NOT FOLLOWING THE HOUSERULES
Not following the houserules can result in us ending our hospitality, which in the worst case means removal from the camping grounds. You are to respect what the camping stewards say at all times. Luckily we work with a friendly warning system, this works only once however, following the warning is our friendly removal system.

Maximum size tent?
The size of the tent should match the amount of people that actually sleep in the tent, so don’t take a giant army tent with you for two people but just sleep in a standard 2 person tent.
BBQ on the camping grounds?
Only aluminium throwaway barbeques are allowed, but watch it with the pork bellies…
